use of every/ always - indicates commitment from company

present tense - universal and timless

imperatives - assertive demands designed to sweep the consumer along in agreement

use of capitals  - for emphasis

humour - consumer are entertained, so tend to be well disposed towards the brand

puns - gives econd layer of meaning

- uses imagery - use of capitals - breif - was a close up - to put emphasis on the brand - used colour red - in capitals to emphasise the brand

uses imperatives to make customers feel as though they need it - second person to connect more with the customer - capitals - humour to connect with the customer and humanize the brand

video ad - netflix
second person to involve and target the person watching- humor -breif - use of colour red as that is connected to the netflix brand
