Remember to find an actual job currently on offer --> mandy.com or the guardian website. It'll provide tons of information about the skills needed etc. You can screenshot this, just like I suggested on the video.
Then discuss how the different attributes linked to this job would affect their development? I.e. why would they need to be respectful, have good communication etc...
